Beginners Bridge Courses
Our Beginners Bridge course is perfect if you are completely new to the game of Bridge. The course teaches you how to get started playing Bridge at a basic level and covers:
- What is Bridge?
- Opening the bidding
- Responding to opener
- Opener’s choice of rebids
- Bidding game
- Overcalling
- Declarer’s view
- Playing the cards
- Defending
- Opening leads
- Scoring
And as practice is really important, there is lots of time playing and analysing the game.
The next Beginners course will be a weekend beginners class on Sunday 12th July 2026. The costs is just £90. The class will be limited to 4-6 people and will be a face to face session in Barnet.
